Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If your shirt does not fit or you're simply not happy with it then contact us within 14 days from your purchase date and we will give you a full refund minus shipping or exchange if for something else. The return must be received within 25 days from initial purchase to be accepted. The t-shirt must be in unused and unwashed condition or it will be sent back to you at your cost and no refund given. You must first contact us at
info@projectshirt.com and tell us why you are returning it. When contacting us, please provide your name and order number.
Clearance price items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned.
Shipping Information:
We ship all U.S. orders through USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $6.00 per order or FREE SHIPPING on orders of $75 or more. Orders are usually shipped same day (if ordered before 11am EST) or within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order has shipped. Your USPS Tracking Number doesn't actually track "in-transit", but shows when the package has actually been delivered. It is more of a delivery confirmation.
International Shipping:
We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.. Canada orders are a flat rate of $10 no matter how many shirts you order. All other countries please check with the shipping calculator when you put items into your shopping cart. All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please note that Project Shirt is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes or broker fees that may or may not be charged to your shipment. The fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Military APO/FPO Shipping:
The US Postal Service is the only courier we use which will ship to an APO or FPO address. And, although we are happy to ship to our men and women overseas, the US Postal Service will not provide delivery confirmation for such packages.
It is at the risk of the customer to have a package sent to an APO address. Once it leaves our warehouse, we have no way of proving delivery, nor tracking the package.
Our experience has shown that it could take 4-12 weeks for a package to reach its APO destination. Project Shirt cannot be responsible if the service member or end user has been relocated and the package becomes undeliverable. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be held until such time that the customer provides us with an updated address. Such packages may be subject to a 2nd shipping charge. If you are unsure of these terms, may we suggest you have the package sent to a domestic address first for you to have forwarded to the APO location.
Out of stock items:
If for some reason an item you've ordered is found to be out of stock we will notify you by email and give you the opportunity to wait until it comes in, cancel your order, or let you purchase a different t-shirt.
