It says my order shipped, but when I use my tracking number to check it's progress it doesn't say it has shipped.
Your USPS Tracking Number doesn't actually track "in-transit", but shows when the package has actually been delivered. It is more of a delivery confirmation.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, France, Spain, and United Kingdom.
Why didn't I receive a tracking number?
International orders do not have tracking numbers as they are shipped via First Class International.
How long can I expect to receive my order?
U.S. orders generally take 1-3 business days to arrive. International orders usually take 2 weeks to arrive, and in some rare cases up to 30 days.
I'm a retailer, can I buy your products wholesale for my website/retail store?
We do not offer any of our products for wholesale purchase.
What if the shirt I bought doesn't fit?
Just contact us right away via email and we'll help set you up with one that does fit. The Ames Bros and Heavy Rotation shirts we sell are more of a tapered fit and tend to feel a size smaller than most, so order up a size larger than you normally would if you want a little "roomier" fit. Please refer to our Customer Service section for instructions on returns.
